Ashihara Karate in Holland, under the able leadership of Harry Gorter Shihan, is affiliated to the Ashihara Karate International, a World Organisation led by Kaicho Hoosain Narker who is based in Cape Town, South Africa.
We thank you for your interest regarding Ashihara Karate. We are always interested in making contacts with other Organisations throughout Europe. One of our main goals is to provide quality learning experiences for our members. We host seminars and workshops in several areas including Instructor, Referee and Coaching Certification, Administration, and Business Management to list a few.

Het Ashihara Karate is een zeer veelzijdige tak van het traditionele Karate. Het vindt z'n oorsprong in het Kyokushinkai Karate, de meest geharde vorm van het hedendaagse Karate. Bij deze vorm van Full-Contact Karate staan discipline, respect en zelfbeheersing centraal (Kyokushinkai - de weg van het uiterste). Kancho Hideyuki Ashihara beoefende deze stijl bij de legendarische Mas Oyama (de grondlegger van het Kyokushinkai Karate).
