Report of Seminar held on Saturday 19 November 2005
A successful seminar was held in Brussels, Belgium organised by Shibucho Johny Verheyden and the International Martial Arts Academy.
Shihan Harry Gorter assisted by Sensei Henk Riethorst and students of the Dutch branch presented aspects of the whole Ashihara system. After an explanation of the principles of Sabaki and some basics, participants did had the opportunity of practising Sabaki techniques against different punching and kicking attacks. The seminar concluded with an overview of the "anti-grappling" aspects of the system. |
